Pine Col (A001) – concentrated heavy-duty aircraft exterior cleanser

 

 

Description:

 

Pine Col (A001) is an alkaline, water based, concentrated compound formulated to effectively clean, when diluted with water, painted and unpainted aircraft’s exterior surfaces. Pine Col (A001) is ideally suited for use on all types of aircraft.

 

 

Characteristics:

 

*  Effectively removes dirt, petroleum and oil film, grease, carbon, and exhaust strains from aircraft surfaces,  landing gear, wheel wells, flaps etc.

*  Can be used on all metals and bonded paints.

*  Does not streak or strain aluminium

*  Does not craze Plexiglas

*  Prevents paint streaking, so often caused by other aircraft’s exterior surface cleaners.

*  Does not pollute: does not contain any chromates or phosphates.

*  Does not harm skin.

*  Is not flammable.

*  Is used with water.

*  Does not create solvent waste problem

*  Does not ‘attack’ asphalt ramps.

*  Conforms to West Bengal (India) Pollution Control Board norms and certified by the West Bengal Pollution Control Board.

 

How to use Pine Col (A001):

 

A. Heavy duty and general purpose cleaning


For heavy accumulation of oil, grease, carbon, and traffic soil

Mix one part Pine Col (A001) with six parts water. Stir well and spray or mop on the aircraft’s exterior Scrub surface with mops or soft bristle brushes. The scrub’s duration maybe extended depending upon the amount of deposit on the surface. Pressure rinse with clean tap water.

 

B. Extremely heavy duty cleaning


For extremely heavy accumulation of oil, grease, carbon, and traffic soil usually found on landing gear, wheels, and flaps.

Mix one part Pine Col (A001) in three parts water and add one part Pine Col (A002). Stir well. Mop this mixture on the soiled areas. Let it stay for a few minutes, scrub with a soft bristle brush and then high pressure rinse with clean tap water.

 

 

Application:

 

Apply Pine Col (A001) with either pressure pot or barrel pumps using the right nozzle or equivalent.
Pine Col (A001) can also be brushed or mopped onto the aircraft’s exterior surface.

 

 

Limitation:

 

None. For use on painted surfaces and all metals including high strength steel.
