Notice about the Picklex matter
A hearing in the Court of The Honourable Justice of the Calcutta High Court, India
took place on 13 January 2005. After hearing the pleading and evidence presented
by Roy Research and Technology's Counsel, the Honourable Justice of the Calcutta
High Court was pleased to pass an interim Order dated 13 January 2005 for Roy
Research and Technology: to take action against ICP Inc. Huntsville, Alabama,
USA, an USA company, in accordance with the law...this may include making
of complaint to the appropriate authority.
Roy
Research and Technology and others through Counsel submitted an affidavit with evidence and, which included a request for submission of ICP Inc's audit report
by an U. S. Certified Public Accountant, to the concerned Court. Till today no affidavit
in reply appears to have been officially submitted by ICP Inc.to the concerned
Court in Calcutta, India.
